By downloading or using the FitPush app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Websoftic Agency ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of FitPush ("the App"). These Terms apply to all users of the App.
FitPush is a fitness application that uses exercise to earn screen time for social apps. You agree to:
FitPush offers auto-renewable subscriptions (FitPush Pro) processed through Apple's App Store:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
If a free trial is offered, it begins on the date you start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
FitPush provides fitness tracking features for general wellness purposes only. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.
The App requires camera access to count exercise repetitions using on-device AI. No video or images are stored or transmitted. Screen Time (Family Controls) permissions are required for app blocking features. These permissions are optional but required for full functionality.
All content in the App — including design, code, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by Websoftic Agency and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Websoftic Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or lost profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Websoftic Agency operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
